    While I can only draw my own conclusion, I'd say that if the share price drops low enough a major party may swoop in and take over the Co. the project is shovel ready and stalled. In other hands it might be pushed harder to production. It just doesn't make sense why it's so hard and it's taken years to get to this stage and things aren't going? I think games are afoot!
    Watch for activity with price drops!
