    The discussion for spinning of of TGO or not is now several years old as is also the article from Investortel (2016!). IMHO I am happy that we did not get heavily diluted, and for this TGO was a big help. What a dilution means should have look to Lynas! What counts more is that we are now (hopefully) close to a decision for going ahead (or not). I even would not mind if the existing shareholder are asked to support to get some equity for Phase 1. Phase 2 will in any way will do its own way.
