The reason I am thinking that your posts are subjective ( as are mine with my confirmation bias ) was that you haven’t gone into much detail about the extent of asset value hidden the property portfolio. When I refer to NTA o refer assets including property assets . Money can be made from all kids of business , even those that operate poorly
As for FM - one needs to understand the story , these guys are putting their best idea forward as part of the overall business marketing process . If they didn’t have conviction they wouldn’t be using it I assure you
