@bossplaya1234 - I take that as a compliment! But unfortunately I'm not (I would love to have his shares and options! But I wouldn't actually want his job trying to please all us HotCopper people.) If I were Chris I definitely wouldn't be wasting time posting on here. I've been in CL8 for about 12 months after seeing Chris present at a few events and asking him a few questions on his longer term thoughts of where the business could go (I think there was a Canary Networks one and a Wholesale Investor one from memory).

And you don't need to be super smart or sharp here for long term investments, just need to make sure you aren't too emotional and that you are comfortable with your research to maintain the courage of your convictions. Having a decent memory and reading and searching a lot helps as well.

I'm not a trader (or never was a good one), so am just a long term holder since bad experiences in the dotcom days. I think there are a few people here who trade in and out, which is probably not a bad idea given this stock - I'm sure people have made much higher returns as a result, however I'm okay investing long term and I don't worry about the short term movements.
