I sent an email to Chris earlier last week. Here's a snippet of the response regarding Peugeot.
"There are a number of steps that vehicle owners need to undertake before vehicles are available in the DriveMyCar fleet. Availability is subject to shipping delays, registration, installation of trackers, detailing, delivery to locations across Australia etc. We are working with Peugeot to have their vehicles available as soon as possible."
I am not 100% sure about the ASX rule, but i imagine the company has to announce the news when they signed it? From the above it seems after signing it is all up to Peugeot to delivery the vehicles. Guess the only thing they could have done better to given a fuzzy estimates "like rolled out over the next couple of months" instead of a more definite timeline in the announcement.
