I wanted to book a car for a trip next weekend, and of course being a shareholder would have loved to have used DMC, however couldn't because 7 days minimum. So I reluctantly booked through CarNextDoor.
I received an email yesterday saying that my booking has been cancelled due to the owner deciding they wanted to use the car! Now I am left with nothing and no other options.
Seems there is still a gap out there in the market for a short term car rental company that actually cares about its customers.
