I'm still optimistic but the reference to the announcements on the 15th 30 th and then Feb 28th refer to the same news being reported on. 15 th was a pre curser to the quarterly then on the 30th the quarterly which re capped what was mentioned on the 15th. The 28th was the half yearly which contained no new news and was the combination of the two previous quarters.

So whilst the 15th Jan announcement was great you can't report on it two more times and say there has been three good announcements.
