Paul Cozzi the share holder, sold out of the top 20 in SMN after the Delta announcement Aug 2017. Just my observation as I have joined the dots. 1.7 million shares at approx July 2017, and totally out of the Top 20 by January 2018. Top 20 holder approx 620k. This is all from my memory bank. In theory, he could still hold approx 600k of shares.

ACG Atcor Medical Holdings 22/12/2017 with over 18 million shares.
SLX Silex Systems 09/2017 7.8 million shares.
Why he unloaded SMN, is one of lifes mysteries? Is Mr Paul Cozzi the investor, the very famous NSW Dr Paul Cozzi?
Using my statistical background, I am 95% confident they are both from the same state of NSW, and more than likely are one and the same.
So what does all this mean, not one bloody thing. One of the greaters traders today, Mr Jim Rogers, said "Do your own research and backtest your knowledge through hard work and dont follow the crowd unless the crowd just so happens to be following you"
I was in SMN well before Mr Paul Cozzi ever heard of SNN, and I will be there long after hes been and gone.
Facts and figures have been triple tested, backtested, economically tested, and most importantly Delta tested!
The FAA annual report which was posted by Spiderman, saids what has been clearly stated by the Aviation Industry that CVM is the future of SHM.
You have two choices, accept it and be part of a major change in technology which is forever going to change the Aviation maintenance program for the better, (The Tech won the Better Award)or do what most people do - nothing!
