Note in interim report it also says subscription business was broadly flat in calendar 2017 (i.e. 1h fy18 vs 2h fy17) meaning they have arrested decline but also noted it was a lower than their expectation. It also noted they expect revenue to increase in the second half

At the moment they are generating ofc 0.4m every month including investing into crowd media. So net debt is really approx 0.3m at the end of feb (assuming no major working capital movements). Expect an announcement in April on 0 net debt
