Agreed. They significantly narrowed the loss from last year, and are in a good place to start to see the turnaround come to fruition. Obviously it will be dependent on the operations at Deflector continuing to run smoothly (as they have in the most recent quarter).
Company's narrative: The second half of the period saw the Deflector operation running at steady state levels well ahead of schedule and outperforming expectations in both gold and copper, resulting in the operation having a profitable second quarter.
In the past week they've also shored up their cash reserves with the $25m placement, so that will remove any liquidity concerns. The main thing to look for in the next 6 months will be how Da Vinci shapes up. If there is high grade ore accessible without high development costs, then that should help the bottom line.
