Have you read one of these things before? You appear to be focusing on the mandatory "Going concern" disclosure that is agreed upon before the appointed auditor can sign off under ASX listing rules.
Actually wording
TAFT: "The Board of Kingsgate considers that the Company has excellent prospects of successfully recovering very substantial damages against the Kingdom of Thailand and will vigorously prosecute its claim."
PRI: "While the outcome of the proceedings cannot be guaranteed, the Board considers that the terms of the Policy correspond to the actions taken by the Thai Government against the Company in 2016."
Critically in terms of the PRI you and others continue to miss the fact that Ross and the Board have submitted a claim for full US$200M and nothing less.
