You can draw down your line of credits and repay by the end of quarter.
Why not, if you have spare cash at the end of the quarter.
And they did finish with spare cash at the end of the quarter.
Many businesses do this - especially before the end of financial year.
Every business (including my own) need to manage their short term to long term cash flows.
Its not something sinister or the end of the world.
