$140k for the quarter .... which probably mostly comes from Nationwide and represents the base case revenue model [i.e. prior to up-selling] is pretty interesting.
* translates into $560k per year
* multiply that by 9 = ~$5m per year
35 prospects sitting sitting in the mouth of the 'funnel' and a sales team has only been assembled in the last 2 months.
$560k as the minimum revenue model seems pretty cheap in the scheme of things for a $B+ business... which tells me Flamingo is likely cost competitive in the market. Cash-burn for the next qtr estimated @ $2.5M. The Co will need several more staff as it continues to grow so putting in a guess that running costs might settle somewhere around $20M per year means the breakeven point for the Co is 35 customers [only taking up the base case offering]. Looks very feasible to my eyes. I am guessing the Co can achieve cash flow neutral in about 18 months just with what is in the funnel today.
