Perhaps it is the "Goodwill" paid to Noetic Synergy for delivering the Crypto Exchange thus far?

Just a thought/ speculation...

I'd certainly be happy if Noetic Synergy deliver the exchange based on a "Promise to pay" basis once delivered! Good on BPG of they managed to negotiate this!

I kinda get what you are saying but if that were the case they couldn't massage it to end up with 344k cash and cash equivalents at the end of the month could they?
