So TM, Bci is currently only earning a 'royalty' (of sorts) from one source, that being Iron Valley, operated by MINRes. To 31 Dec 2017 Bci earned EBITDA of $5.3mil, well down on pcp. Current mine life for IV is around 15 years. There are plans underway for MIN to build a Bulk Ore Shuttle System (BOSS) which will potentially increase earnings for both MIN and Bci from IV via transport cost savings, but it appears to be some way off implementation......
