Yes, I agree, the constant buying has more to do with unbridled confidence in the current value and future growth prospects for FLN. The purchases may be small but are very frequent and I think they are being careful not to pump the stock price up too rapidly with overly large purchases. In the long run they will end up acquiring more stock at an lower overall price by taking nibbles here and there.
