Proxy Form,First post as I'm no where near Sydney.and I put the Chairman of the Meeting as proxy to vote on my behave.Resolution 4,5,6,7,8,9,10 and 11.I vote Against.Wanting the cart before the horse?When reading the fine print the last bit "as the Chairman of the meeting during the consideration of this Resolution,and intents to exercise all available proxies in favour of Resolution.".So I asking anyone on this forum.What happens to the against proxies votes?.Does the chairman have the right not to also put the Against votes forward also.?Thanks
