Yeah - I'm hearing ya.
The reality is that every one of those bike delivery people for food etc is getting crap wages and conditions IMO and it could only work in less dense areas where a "courier " had other work and this was supplemental. So a food delivery person already at shopping center picks up something extra and it is on their way. Problem as always is getting that perfect scenario and even harder to do with time critical deliveries all reliant on instant re-funding of your account by a intermediary so there is financial risk as well.
