    1. Because every ann cost approx $500 just to release the 3B ann

    2. It would have been faster to sell the oppies and buy the heads (if they actually wanted the heads)

    3. Would have made more money just selling the oppies..... given the amount... wouldnt have had any problems

    All IMO of course
