Given that the performance milestones are clearly achievable the market should have factored in that these would be issued.
In terms of whether retail investors are being hard done by or not. These sort of low threshold performance shares should be seen as part of the acquisition of the company as it listed.
So essentially I don't think anyone is losing out in this instance and will continue to hold.
