BUT, given the issue of these performance rights, and their vesting dates, I reckon it is a pretty good indication they are on track to meet them, as Timboc has noted.
Don't need insider knowledge to see that all is on track to meet those dates.
Otherwise, why bother with new employee incentives? unless it is all just for show, which I very much doubt.
