Until you test new machinery in a commercial sense you will find its limitations seen this many times over in Farming it takes time to iron out the kinks
I just feel June will be too soon for CAT and the board will extend the MOU
It would get great if CAT goes binding whole new ball game but over the years I have seen dozens of MOUS extended or vanish in start ups
FBR are in a good position cash wise so they won’t rush this
Privac says they will have dozens of income streams I find it odd at times they haven’t nailed down one or had more solid interest
Many I know personally in the building game say robots are inevitable but think main stream robots are a decade away yet on building sites
In terms of really decimating work forces
I personally am 60-40 on success for FBR if it was 80-20 or 90 -10 the SP would be multiples
Once we have something binding the game changes until then it’s just a great idea
I’m confident but I’m free carried here so zero risk to my capital so it’s a free punt for me
To be frank if I was buying now I certainly would not be all in like some of you are FBR
A lot can go wrong but no risk no reward
