Hockey, just with your opinion regarding there is a high chance it will flop are you saying 25% chance of pass - %75 chance of fail? What is fail for you? Eg the HX unfortunately mel functioning on the big test day?
When / if CAT come on board in June and I'm sure they will , will that give you a higher % chance of success? What % of success dose your radar rate then?
