This is just those that have been exercised by the holders, the rest will be exercised by the underwriters. Looks like we got around 70% conversion from the holders. The question at this point is how tight the underwriters shares are going to be. Might be a month before we wash through all the loose hands, but who really knows at this stage.
In the end it doesn't matter too much if you are a long term holder other than you might get a chance to buy more on the cheap.
