    I like the options for staff idea, particularly with the exercise price above the current price but realistically attainable.

    Of the 21 million options, one third can be exercised at 3c and a bit over 22% each at 5c, 7.5c and 10c. Also, they expire after 3 years (9 March 2021) so they actually do provide a realistic incentive for the share price to be boosted.
