P14 why were they new shares issued at a discount you ask... Well I can give you 1 million reasons... Discount for large volume, its pretty standard... As you are aware the company has a poor history and any new large investor will want some sort of deal to cover the risk.... Its just how it is, and I don't have a problem with it, as I presume they completed their due diligence before investing and they have some business knowledge as they have at least 1 million to risk.. so power to the investor I say.
