Hi Brett64. Why were these shares issued at a 16.7% discount to current SP? If China deals so promising, why need such a sweetener? New shares not in escrow , so whoever was lucky enough to get them has made a 20% return on their money if they sell at 2.4c, almost $200k. Not bad for a days work. I see NET has now maxed out its share issue capacity under the ASX listing rules. It still has QMAC facility to fund further working capital I suppose, so still has potential.
