    The capital raising was announced Feb 22 and yep it had a nice letter. Todays amnouncement was really just the paperwork going through.
    Agree the late accounts not good but NET does report quarterly and shareholders already know they werenot great, last years news..
    So in summary your comments added nothing new, but keep trying
