    Would assume for Alcore. Landroe in an Engineering firm and I assume the legal work is for opinions, possibly patents, wording on potential future contracts etc.

    Interesting option : a) for the Company to make payment by issue of shares; and b) for clients to accept shares in lieu of funds.
