Totally agreed Wormtrade, I've previously stated performance bonuses were awarded under false or misleading data and therefore should be returned. Any performance based options/shares should be extinguished (if that is possible) to ensure they can never be accessed in the future. In light of the blow out in shares and options in more recent times, the performance options/shares make up a relatively small number, but it is still important to minimise the dilution that has occurred over the last 12 months. If management is allowed to retain these options/shares, I would almost regard that as criminal/theft. We'll have to first wait to see what the real audited accounts look like of course, but it is clear they won't go close to resembling the accounts previously released to trigger the performance bonuses.
