Pretty sure the ASX determine whether it is price sensitive or not and they also vet it prior to it being released, I believe they prioritise the announcements that are perceived to be of greater importance, leaving the others until later in the day and then they may ask the company for clarification and reissue of the announcement which would push it out until after close. It was written on the 18th but the 3B's were 20th so maybe they just sent them all in together after they had done the 3B's. Either way, I'm not too worried about it, I can't see any reason why this could be suspicious. It was only director performance shares and an Investor Presentation.

The poor old company secretary and exec management always get the blame. I recon it would be a good idea if the announcement once released contained the time/date the announcement was issued to the ASX as well as the time it was released to the public. Maybe they company should timestamp their footer. I've seen a few announcements held up over periods of days requiring the company to go into suspension, although usually due to ASX requiring clarification and amendment to ensure the public was not given misleading information.
