“Expected before the end of April”

That’s one of the things they learned from gb2 was to not a give a fixed timeline in days.  The market can not cope with that.  Accordingly it is feasible that results come any day depending on the Service turnaround time.

I have been in contact with whom I believe the lab is and they quoted turnaround times like others based on the fee payable.

Per the announcement the lab received the results on 10 April. For me I expect results on or around 20 April so potentially late next week to early following week
