I also went to take a look at Lifewatch, I found that they had a device similar to Patch in FDA and after looking at their website and comparing, I found GMV patch to be way ahead(literally, see their video and you will understand why). By the way, Lifewatch is now delisted, since December 2017(didn't last long after Dr. Yakov left?). Took a glimpse at their announcement, there was quite a few legal case going on though it settled at the end.

So this weekend, had a few reasons to reassure myself, time spent well

Hi @kennylca,
You will be pleased to know that LifeWatch AG was acquired by BioTelemetry, a NASDAQ listed company, for USD280m in July 2017. LifeWatch's product range and services were relatively limited compared to GMed.
By the way, the "G" in the name of GMedical is because of the surname of its founder: Yacov Geva.
