Who the hell actually wrote that notice?
I can't believe somebody authorised that wording without thinking of the ramifications to the share price.

I guess it may have been the person who signed it.

That's the problem with appointing scientists to a board of directors, unless the scientist/academic is Jordan Peterson. (One of the few academics who knows how to communicate.)

Keep them away from writing any share value or price sensitive document.

If the news is not good as it was in this case, at least embellish it and fully explain why it's irrelevant the larger scheme of things and why it will make no difference to the future of the company and product.

BGT needs to allow a public relations firm who knows how to communicate to shareholders to write their announcements in future.

I'm not for a minute suggesting that they don't tell the truth, but how it's told and in what context is all important in the the share market.

There is much more to this company than some small and insignificant Virbac test.

I address the following comment to the board of directors:

Please don't let your scientific or academic team write ANY notices without rewriting it through somebody who knows how to communicate.
Preferably a public relations person or copy writer with at least some skill in communication.
