Coming along nicely. I would prefer they state the useful life of that US$83m revenue @ US$50/oil. Particularly in CY18 terms. Is that and US$83m revenue @ US$50/oil over 50 years?
I mean we can work it out. They are 500bd end 2017, 1000 by mid 18 and 2000 by end 18.
Lets stay with 500, what is margin.....$20 bp? So $10k margin per day = 50% IRR on current market cap. Need to know pieces of cost of debt, terms (did this PPT say debt deal completed??)
This could be a nice little earner of a stock. Only $360k in bank at moment so sailing close to the wind right now. I think 3.2 is a good entry point. I don't think it will hold 4c until the Q1 numbers come out in April. Unless they give an updated revenue position, which they should. Well done
