Though company has indicated they expect this to occur 2nd half of FY2018, i wouldn't be overly fussed if it took them a bit more time if it meant extracting the best deal possible for the company. Some of us have waited a yr and many others longer, so a few more months here and there should not make a huge difference when we're talking about potential long term/multi million dollar deals here. Look at the regularity of news from ALC last yr. They've also continued hiring staff. Something is brewing.
