I've recently been involved in commissioning a plant - i wouldn't be overly concerned about getting grade, they would have had that during lab testing - its about fine tuning the process to this quantity, but the problem with no doubt be commissioning of the plant. They company wont release every time a pump breaks down or a conveyor drops a bearing. This will take time - 2 months wouldn't surprise me. Its all about the quantity they want to produce before they release the news.
