I still hold, but just quietly I am still very disappointed, that even I from reading past announcements last year picked up that there was a gap of the Ministry of Water not issuing a no objection letter. I emailed Justin in November and queried this, he said they were following up with PAM.
However from memory I *think* that some of the announcements prior to this seemed to read as if there were no further outstanding no objection letters (I can't be bothered looking through them right now to confirm exact words).
If Alara were a bit more proactive they would of identified this gap sooner of a 'no objection' from the Ministry of Water not being received, and could of acted on it. We may have even had the licence by now if they did.
