AGO is at 3c because MIN put them in play ... Prior to their bid, AGO was traveling at 2c ...

Also, another big reason why, is that at 3c, people (me included) want into MIN at a cheap price.
ie 571 at 3c = $17.13 for MIN (currently trading at $18)

I already hold MIN but would like more so hopefully, I can pick up AGO for MIN stock at 2.7c ($15.42) or 2.8c ($15.99). Anyway, buy bids are in so we'll see what happens.

MQB have already been buying gazillions of AGO & shorting MIN & may be betting on another player and/or a higher bid from MIN. I'm certain they don't want to hold AGO or MIN, lol !
