Listening again to the conference call, it really seems to me that MIN need Atlas really only for the Port Allocation, without it they will run into congestion at Utah Point very soon. If I were FMG, Roy Hill , BHP or RIO, I'd be looking to come in with a higher Take Over Bid just to take MIN out of the equation. They may or may not require extra Port Allocations, and all of Atlas' Iron Ore (all of which is a bonus), but it will hurt MIN in the process, who are already suffering congestion at Utah Point.
