    I hope MIN has been buying on market otherwise the volumes yesterday and total are enough to sink this TO.

    AGO retail holders and any other competition in the Pilbara will be voting no. Maca Pty Ltd owns AGO shares which they probably will be voting against this TO as they will be displaced by MINs services.

    Vwap for last 30 days is not close to vwap fro 90 and 120 days. This deal is a fail.
