Anyway I watch with interest the events from here going forward as I can't see the FIRB kicking up much of a fuss now that the ACCC has paved the way with the court enforceable divestiture of Koroit by Saputo.

Then there is the pending legal actions against MGC and what is left to get shared amongst the shareholders and unitholders.

From one perspective it is rather sad to watch the last remaining dairy coop of significance go down in the fading light but it does creates opportunity for the dairy sector to move into a new era and new opportunities and ventures will arise and new industry leadership as well as that has been lacking for quite some time.
