    Don't know how any management who gets a golden handshake or performance shares for SP value destruction can sleep at night, have not got a problem when value add is rewarded, a lot of people have a problem with ex Aus Post ceo golden handshake but he and his team took a business that was burning hundreds of mil a year to about the same in profit.
