    Spot on JHPM! The 70c cap is there for everyone to observe. Just look at the buy / sell each day. Obviously a price has been agreed upon. So just keep the VWAP around 70c for a while and then when all terms have been reached- BANGO!!! A big shark offers us say some low ball offer say $1.50. Seen it just happen time and time again and more recently with AVB. If you don’t believe me check out their chart for the last two years. It is a great time to accumulate some more inmho.
