re: Ann: 2014 AGM corporate presentation to s... So I looked through the new presentation. For the most part, it is reasonable and tells us nothing new other than there were 4 potential deals with confidentiality agreements and they made one offer.

I have no clue who they are looking at though the interest in ARN from the market is growing with the recent news release by LTS. I think we will miss our window there. Don't even have a clue about the size of company they are pondering. There is a full gamut in Canada that fit the criteria they mention.

Getting rid of the lawsuit will be a good thing, but the time-frame is unclear.

What are the terms of the performance options for Cloutier?

The one thing they should be doing immediately if they fail to close a deal (I would say give them until the end of the summer perhaps?) is buy back shares until they no longer trade below cash value then divi out all the cash.
