Zip take $6 per month that you have a balance remaining, unfortunately people tend to just say, meh, take the $6 and I'll pay you back when I can. Surely bad debts will come down to management. Zip will have less "dodgy" customers but Apt will have so many more and much more income that outweigh their debts as they figure out sustainable solutions.
