    JJY- why add 50%? Look ive never been to DRC but from what i hear its significantly cheaper to work in Namibia than there. And NZC are located in the back end of nowhere (not dissing nzc guys i like the company) but they are in an awkward place geographically - so why not take off 20%??? I understand the 'its good to be conservative" theory but again IMO it could be selling things short.

    anyway just my view. we all do our own calcs and we all buy or sell for our own reasons thats called the market.
