A share buy back with what ???? Monopoly Money ??????, and a share consolidation does not change the $ value of your shares pre consolidation or post consolidation. !!
And yes, if the Company starts making big profits from all operations there will be no need to do a CR, borrow monies or do a share consolidation to get the SP up.
The SP will go up as investors will buy in as they want to own part of a successful business., which is not the case ATM.
