    "Carnegie is pleased to advise that JTSI, in collaboration with LandCorp, has awarded it in-principle approval to negotiate a 25ha lease within the Kemerton Strategic Industrial Area (KSIA), to build, own and operate a solar farm."

    I am assuming JTSI is the Department of Jobs, Tourism, Science and Innovation.

    If that is the case, CCE will be tapping into a major supporter of development in Western Australia.
