The risk was very high. I for one thought BK was a certanty. The risk she took on does not show up in the figures. Two years from now when there is steady groth then it can be readressed and standards used. AL has a patern of being a rescuer of distresed companies. My guess when things are quite and growing nicly she will look for something new. Or maybe relax for awhile and run Lynas, who knows. Her leaving in a few years will not be bad. It takes different skills to run companies in diferent phases. Only time will tell, hope she stays but will be happy either way as long as replacement is good at taking companies through mid groth phases.
